Lynn called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm.
Treasurer’s Report: General Account - $22,371.58
Golf - $ 4,799.88
Coach’s - $ 2,713.40
There were no questions on last month’s minutes or the Treasurer’s report.
The banquet is November 23rd, 2008; Vicki Wallace will call the parents who still have not RSVP’d. Please contact Vicki at lwal940073@aol.com if you would still like to RSVP.
50/50 from last week was very successful – the boosters made $1,306.00. Thank you to all of the parents who volunteered their time at the playoff game and all year round.
The election for new officers will be held at next month’s meeting. In order to vote you must to be in attendance. All board positions are open for nomination; Tawnie Hinish was nominated for president. Lynn Hood nominated Cindy Molnar for secretary and we expect other nominations for president and vice president. Suzanne Golon volunteered to stay on as treasurer. Voting will be according to the rules from Lynn’s earlier email.
Monte Carlo will be held March 14th, 2009; it is a Saturday. Donna Boeggeman is the chairperson, please contact her if you are able to volunteer. Kathy Zalewski will run the baskets.
Vince Sortino was invited to and attended the meeting. He spoke with us about all of the teams at Baldwin and his position here. He also discussed the evaluation process for each coach of each team.
