Camp McAnnulty has become an annual event held
at the end of the school year to celebrate the second
grade students' accomplishments during their stay
at McAnnulty Elementary. It is sponsored by the McAnnulty
PTA and run by parent volunteers with the assistance
of the second grade staff and Mrs. Donati. This year,
as in the past, the children had a great time and
everyone at McAnnulty wishes them much success at
Whitehall Elementary in the coming years.

- Holden Puppet Show
Thanks to Mrs. Rohm and profits from this year’s
Book Fair, students at McAnnulty Elementary were
entertained by a Holden Puppet Show about the Russian
folktale character, Baba Yaga and her cat, Jelly
Roll. The show was very funny and all of the students
enjoyed the performance.

- Fun Fair
Friday, May 26th was Paynter Elementary’s
annual Fun Fair. This year was a Western theme. When
classes arrived at the Paynter Corral (auditorium)
they were greeted with country music, cacti and lots
of fun and games to be rounded up. Students could
choose from line dancing, BINGO, ring toss, basketball
toss, relay races, and much more! A big “Thank
Y’all” to the parents who spent so much
time and effort in making it a great day for the
students!
