The Adult Basic Coverage (ABC) program will
provide health coverage to unemployed Pennsylvanians
between the ages of 19 and 64 for a monthly premium
of $30. Services covered include preventive care,
physician services, diagnosis and treatment of
illness or injury, inpatient hospitalization/outpatient
services, and accident and emergency medical
care.
