The mission of Crisis Center North, Inc. is
to eliminate the community held beliefs and behaviors
that perpetuate it. They do this by:

Services:
Services: PAAR is a non-profit rape crisis
and counseling center serving all of Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania. We provide free services
to victims of all forms of sexual violence. Our
educational programs are in demand in schools,
colleges, businesses, and communities where we
educate to bring an end to sexual violence. Financial
support comes from government, foundations, businesses
and individuals.
Restrictions:
None, free to all individuals in need of counseling.
