11/22/06 - Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade Trip LIVE Updates

This is our third day of coverage from New York. The morning started with a driving tour of lower Manhattan. The rush was on in lower Manhattan as most of the girls in the band were looking for some deals on purses in Chinatown. The students got a chance to eat lunch in town and then everyone went to the Disney musical, Mary Poppins.

After Mary Poppins, the band took a group photo in Times Square. The photo was moved to today because the weather forecast calls for rain during our scheduled group photo on Friday. After a dinner stop at a buffet in New Jersey, the band came back to the hotel, packed the buses and went to bed early.

At the end of Wednesday night, the rain began to move in. What will the weather hold for the actual parade? We'll have to wait an see!!
