On November 2nd, 2024, a select group of Baldwin High School Honor Highlander Choir students performed in The PMEA Region I Contemporary A Cappella Showcase, one of the largest educational a cappella events in the Pittsburgh area, welcoming nearly 300 students from 19 different schools. Students attended master classes with esteemed director Deke Sharon, the music producer of the Pitch Perfect movies. They also engaged with professional a cappella clinicians and teachers from 4 different states, and the headlining group, Vocalight, a professional a cappella group from Dayton, OH. It was truly an educational, fun, and memorable experience.  Congratulations to Gavin Barrett, Kelly Campion, Lucas Cormier, Ethan Green, Gianna Harkins, Josie Lang, Brooke Manning, Juliana Morton, Alex Meyers, Ryan Priano, Callie Siefert, and Milana Valente on a successful day and an amazing concert performance!
