Alaina Wodarek, a junior at Baldwin High School, has won gold for the second year at the WPIAL championships in gymnastics. Wodarek's strong showing in the floor exercise garnered gold in WPIAL and second place in State.
Wodarek's father, an art teacher at Baldwin High School shared, "in 25 years as a teacher here, I don't remember a student athlete ever winning first place in WPIAL two years in a row. We're so proud!" Read more in the Trib's coverage of Wodarek's win.
