It's a food-truck showdown! Mrs. Kilburn's Introduction to Business class knows all about what
it takes to start one from the ground up. Students designed a truck, selected/created unique menu items, developed a digital marketing plan for advertising, and an app that customers can use to see where the trucks are going to be parked for the day so that they can order ahead. Taking it one step further, students used their decision-making skills to analyze how they would come up with starting capital and planned out their mission/vision statements.
