Team Work Makes the Dream Work

Co-teaching is back at Baldwin High School. Co-teaching is when two educators work together to plan, organize, instruct, and make assessments on the same group of students, sharing the same classroom. This year both English and math have several sections of classes featuring the co-teaching model. The model being used is based off of Marilyn Friend's six approaches. Several teachers from the high school have had the opportunity to attend conferences at the AIU, and all teachers have the opportunity to participate in professional development to further their knowledge of the model.
