About Us
J.E. Harrison Education Center (HEC) is a K-6 building in the Baldwin-Whitehall School District with an enrollment of 1,100 students. HEC provides students with extraordinary opportunities to grow within a unique community of learners. Along with a research based curricula in all of the core subject areas, HEC staff members are committed to nurturing and embracing the individual needs of all students. The HEC staff has established the culture as one in which learning is the central focus. The school-wide discipline plan helps students know that learning will take place in a safe environment with caring adults.
