On Monday, September 26th, Spiderman and Perry the Platypus paid a visit to HEC to introduce our PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) Program and all of the ways our learners can earn incentives by following school-wide expectations. Our goal is for every child to be a Highlander HERO (Helpful, Empowering, Respectful, and Organized) and the kids were so excited to participate in the activities and learn more about how to earn tickets. They also loved seeing their teachers join in the fun! Students have already earned a ton of tickets in the hallways and classrooms and we will soon announce our first school-wide reward.
