In October, students from the specialized classrooms at R. A. Lutz Elementary had the opportunity to ride the bus to Baldwin High School for a morning of swimming. Twenty-five students and fifteen adults were able to swim, float, tread, and use the diving board according to their comfort level.  Adapted Physical Education teacher Mr. Ray Stark said “For the past few years, we have been lucky enough to set up a swimming trip for our students. It is a great opportunity to get our specialized students out of the classroom and into a fun environment like swimming.  Students are swimming nonstop for two hours and exhausted at the end! We want to thank Mr. Laughlin, Mr. Creighton, and Mrs. Rader for this amazing opportunity.” A great time was had by all.
