Lutz Elementary School Counseling Program is for every student to possess the academic, career, and social-emotional knowledge to prepare them to shape their future with purpose by helping them to be empathetic individuals who think critically, collaborate with others, effectively communicate, and adapt to the ever-changing world.

The mission of the R.A. Lutz Elementary School Counseling Program is to deliver a comprehensive, data-driven, and equitable program that supports the academic, career, and social-emotional growth of all students. Through collaboration with students, families, staff, and community partners, we provide inclusive and future-focused school counseling services that empower every student to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
