Dear Seniors,
You will have the opportunity to return your Chromebooks during the week leading up to Commencement. Please refer to the chart below for opportunities and locations.

Prior to returning your Chromebook, we ask that you complete the following items:
- Make sure that your Chromebook has at least a 10% charge as we need to check the functionality of your Chromebook during the return process.
- Make sure that all personal stickers, decals, etc. are removed from your Chromebook. We recommend using an eyeglass cleaning solution. Do not remove the asset ID sticker and do not use harsh chemical cleaners to attempt to remove the stickers.
- Make sure that you have your AC adapter and cord ready to return.
- If you know that your Chromebook is damaged, please refer to the included list of parts and prices if the damage is obvious (i.e. cracked screen, broken keyboard). Please arrive with a check made payable to Baldwin-Whitehall School District for the amount of damages or exact cash-change in an envelope clearly marked with your first name, last name, and the Asset ID sticker number on your device.
- If you'd like to address these issues prior to the official collection dates, please stop by the tech office located on the third floor of BHS.
- Should your device require repairs that are not disclosed or paid for at the time of collection, you will receive notice before the end of June. Payment will be required prior to July 1, 2021.
Student G Suite Account Information
Seniors, please remember that your Baldwin-Whitehall student G Suite Account (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) will be deleted at the end of September 2021. It is important for you to make a copy of your work in order to take it with you.
