BWSD Students Perform National Anthem at PNC Park

On April 11th, Baldwin Choir students in grades 5–12 had the honor of singing the National Anthem to kick off the Pirates game against the Houston Astros. There were approximately 125 students from our Baldwin Choir Programs in attendance with their family and friends. The stands had a lot of purple supporting the Pirates. Our District brought in a lot of luck: the weather was sunny and in the 70’s and the families got to see an action packed game. The Astros tied the game in the top of the 9th and then Ji Wahn Bae hit a home run ending the game with the Pirates winning 7–4. All of the Baldwin Choir Directors are incredibly proud of the singers who participated!
