Dr. Lutz Comissioned for New Term
On Monday, January 19th, 2026, Dr. Randal Lutz was commissioned for another term at the Dr. Charles H. Faust Administrative Offices of the Baldwin-Whitehall School District. Judge Kim D. Eaton administered the Oath of Office. A Baldwin alumnus himself, Dr. Lutz served as a teacher and principal before becoming superintendent. Dr. Lutz received his bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Pittsburgh, where he also completed his graduate studies with both a Master of Education degree and a Doctor of Education degree in educational administration.
Dr. Lutz was approved on October 8, 2026, by a vote of 8-0 for a five-year contract effective February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2031.
