The Baldwin-Whitehall School District has a new youth mascot: Scottie the Brave. This youth mascot comes alongside the Fighting Highlander, who will remain the District-wide traditional mascot as a lovable addition for our youngest learners.

The District hosted a naming contest over the summer for students in grades K-5 with multiple winners, showing that great minds think alike! Students will be surprised during the month of October with a small prize! Stay tuned! Congratulations to the following winners (Schools are reflective of the 2023-2024 school year):
