Dr. Randal A. Lutz has been named Tri-State Area School Study Council's 2024 Distinguished Educator.

For nearly 75 years, the Tri-State Area School Study Council has provided comprehensive technical assistance, strategic planning, and employment searches to more than 100 school districts across Western Pennsylvania. We are part of the School of Education's Department of Teaching, Learning, and Leading.
