On December 6th, District students celebrated Cultural Clothing Day. This new tradition was started at Paynter Elementary school several years ago and this year all schools at Baldwin-Whitehall participated. Students were encouraged to show their cultures by dressing in traditional clothing, the colors of their flags, or even red, white, and blue to celebrate being part of the American Melting Pot. The District is lucky to have such a diverse population of students. The students' and teachers' outfits sparked conversations about family history, traditions, holidays, and the similarities and differences.
