The Baldwin-Whitehall School District is currently evaluating the current emergency response protocol in place and planning to move to a web-based approach. The improvement is being led by School Safety and Security Director Bill Coddington. A web-based Emergency Response Plan would allow staff to access information and communicate from their phones or computers in the event of an emergency.
Coddington addressed the September Baldwin-Whitehall School Board meeting, explaining, "Information concerning any critical incident or emergency can be disseminated with the touch of a finger, keeping everyone involved updated with information and, potentially, safe."
