Governor Tom Wolf visited Baldwin High School on Friday, November 22nd, spending time with the Head Start preschool students and seeing several high school programs.
Wolf's visited highlighted the robust programs the District offers, including the Special Olympics Club, ESL program, and Robotics Club. Governor Wolf expressed his admiration that the District is taking bold strides to equip students with the skills of the future. Wolf stated, "We need to do more to make sure that programs like this thrive, It's an investment. If we don't invest, we're losing out on those people that we need to take those jobs, and raise those families, and make our communities stronger."
Superintendent Dr. Randal Lutz shared, "It's confirming the work that we're doing. There are great things happening here, and great things happening with the young folks here. It validates the work that we're doing not only with early education but with technology,"
