The Baldwin-Whitehall School District is pleased to announce its Fall Immunization Clinic with Pathways Wellness scheduled for October 22-24th. Flu and Covid (Pfizer) vaccines will be available. Your child does not need to attend the school you select as your location. These clinics are open to ALL members of the community. Please see the table below for information regarding locations, dates, and times of available clinics.

Please note the link will close 8 days prior to the clinic date to allow for billing review and ordering of vaccines. Walk-ins for flu shots are welcome but we encourage registering to help ensure enough vaccines are available.
