Dear Families,

We hope the first few weeks of the 2025–2026 school year have been a positive and smooth start for your family. As a reminder, Baldwin-Whitehall School District offers an optional Technology Protection Plan to help cover accidental damage to your child’s Chromebook.

The plan is available at the following rates:

• $30 for one student

• $50 for two students

• $80 for families with three or more students

Families may pay in one of two ways:

• Online through e-Funds

• By check (payable to Baldwin-Whitehall School District). If paying by check, your child may bring it to the school’s technology office or give it to their homeroom teacher.

Please note: All payments must be received by October 3, 2025, to ensure coverage for the entire school year.
